We are seeking an experienced .NET and React Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and efficient web applications using .NET technologies for the backend and React for the frontend. You will work on both new projects and the enhancement of existing ones, ensuring that applications meet high standards of quality, performance, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems using .NET Core/ASP.NET.
• Implement RESTful APIs and Web APIs to interact with front-end applications.
• Integrate third-party services, databases, and cloud solutions as needed.
• Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure high code quality.
• Optimize database queries and ensure performance efficiency.
• Maintain secure, high-performance applications by adhering to industry best practices.

Frontend Development:

• Design and implement interactive and responsive user interfaces using React and Redux.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design requirements into functional user interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize the performance of React applications.
• Develop reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services (APIs).
• Handle state management and data flow in the application using Redux or Context API.

Full Stack Integration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and product managers, to deliver full-stack solutions.
• Utilize modern development tools (e.g., Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines) to ensure efficient collaboration and delivery.
• Follow agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.

Maintenance & Enhancement:

• Perform regular code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Optimize the performance of both frontend and backend systems.
• Address and resolve application bugs and issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in .NET and React development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and other .NET technologies.
• Proficient in frontend technologies like React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Redux.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) and ORM tools (Entity Framework).
• Familiarity with front-end tools and libraries like Webpack, Babel, React Router, etc.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and best practices for backend/frontend integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of Azure or AWS for cloud-based application deployment is a plus.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or Jest.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools and processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working in an agile environment.

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.
• Experience with GraphQL and TypeScript.
