Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Join one of Dubai’s leading developers and take ownership of high-impact procurement activities across award-winning tower and villa projects.

Role Overview:

You’ll lead end-to-end procurement for main works, consultants, and subcontractors—ensuring cost efficiencies and timely tendering while collaborating with technical and project teams.

Role:

Manage procurement from tendering to final award

Review and issue tender packages

Coordinate clarifications and RFIs

Evaluate bids & negotiate within budget

Draft LOAs, LONs, and agreements

Update vendor lists & identify new suppliers

You Bring:

5–10 years of experience in UAE with a real estate developer or main contractor

Strong QS/Estimator background (pre-contract focus)

Civil Engineering degree or diploma

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
