𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale façade/cladding projects

• Manage budgets, variations, claims, and extensions of time (EOTs)

• Lead commercial teams and maintain strong senior-level client relationships

• Ensure full compliance with contract terms for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (MRICS preferred)

5+ years of experience in commercial/contracts management (facade experience preferred)

Proven leadership and commercial negotiation skills

This role requires frequent travel to Saudi Arabia.
