Company Manager – Marine Operations & Logistics in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee marine fleet operations, logistics, jetty functions & plant maintenance.

- Drive commercial functions including sales, marketing & client engagement.

- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

- Implement cost optimization, operational excellence, and team development.

- Serve as the key point of contact with clients, ports, authorities & the Board.

Qualifications:

- Mechanical Engineer + MBA in Finance/Admin or equivalent.

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in marine, shipping, ports, or industrial operations.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional management skills.

- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and decision-making acumen.

- Well-versed in budgeting, compliance, vessel maintenance & HSE standards.
