🚀 About the Role:

We’re hiring a Project Officer – System Testing for a short-term contract to support system quality and implementation initiatives. This is an onsite role in Dubai, open only to candidates already residing in the UAE with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software/system testing environments.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in creating test plans, strategies, and execution plans

✔ Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing

✔ Coordinate with dev teams, IT, and vendors for test cycles

✔ Log and manage defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps

✔ Maintain documentation and support user training materials

✔ Communicate testing progress and risks to project stakeholders

🎓 Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or similar

✔ 2–3 years of experience in software/system testing

✔ Good understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and tools

✔ Basic SQL knowledge for data validation

✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✔ Must be currently based in Dubai

🌟 Preferred (Nice to Have):

⭐ ISTQB Certification or equivalent

⭐ Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, UFT)

⭐ Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies
