What You'll Do
Front Office & Reception
Greet clients and visitors warmly
Handle calls, emails, and appointments
Keep the reception area tidy and professional
Administrative & Secretarial Support
Draft memos, reports, and official correspondence
Organize office supplies, files, and documents
Assist internal departments with admin tasks
Basic Accounting Support
Help with invoicing, petty cash, and payment tracking
Coordinate with the accountant for audits and reports
Sales Coordination
Track leads and follow up with clients
Maintain CRM and assist with quotations & proposals
Social Media & Marketing
Create and schedule posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Design graphics via Canva
Monitor engagement and support content strategy
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's or diploma in Admin, Marketing, or Accounting
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Canva
Familiar with social media platforms & content creation
Fluent in English (spoken & written); other languages a plus
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
