Plan and manage daily, weekly, and quarterly production schedules.
Monitor production performance and ensure production targets are achieved.
Supervise production supervisors, engineers, and team leaders.
Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate with planning, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments.
Monitor machine utilization and reduce downtime.
Analyze production data and prepare performance and KPI reports.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Monitor OEE, productivity, scrap rate, and machine utilization.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources to maximize productivity and reduce operational costs.
Strong knowledge of thermoforming (TTF) machines operation, parameter setting, and troubleshooting.
Experience in operating and optimizing TTF forming and trimming machines.
Knowledge of plastic raw materials used in thermoforming such as PP, PS, PET, and HIPS.
Experience in mold installation, changeover, and mold maintenance for thermoforming tools.
Understanding of vacuum forming and pressure forming processes.
Experience in controlling heating systems, forming stations, and cutting units in thermoforming lines.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in thermoforming or plastic production.
