We are seeking a high-intensity, results-driven PMO Leader to head the Project Management Office for a major MNC client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate brings strategic leadership, deep procurement expertise, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a healthcare/GPO environment.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Pharma, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
12+ years of experience in project & procurement management
6+ years in leadership roles
Background in healthcare or GPO sector is mandatory
Strong communication and organizational transformation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Understanding of UAE contracting/legal frameworks is highly preferred
