Job Description:
Sunwest Global General Trading LLC, a leading general trading company in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will drive sales through excellent customer service and proactive communication via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support sales and customer inquiries
Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner
Provide detailed information on products, pricing, and booking processes
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on offers and promotions
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferably in trading, bank, or telesales)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) are a plus
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
