We are seeking a bilingual professional (Arabic & English) with IT background to act as a bridge between our internal team and the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Act as liaison between customer & internal project team

✔ Facilitate meetings, workshops & discussions in Arabic & English

✔ Translate & articulate technical/functional requirements clearly

✔ Support requirement gathering & documentation

✔ Provide regular updates & resolve communication gaps

✔ Leverage IT knowledge to interpret customer needs effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science (preferred)

Strong IT background with ability to understand technical concepts

Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Prior client-facing IT experience preferred
