• Prepare delivery notes, invoices & export documents in ERP

• Coordinate with Production/CS/Packing teams for timely dispatch

• Schedule & dispatch drivers/vehicles

• Manage import/export documentation (JAFZA knowledge a plus)

• Handle Proof of Delivery (POD) & MS Office tasks

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics preferred, freshers may also apply

• Strong coordination & organizational skills
