Role Overview

The Event Manager will lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of large-scale events and activations. This role is key to enhancing customer experience, driving footfall, supporting tenant sales, and strengthening the brand’s position as a premier lifestyle destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual events calendar aligned with marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage the full event lifecycle — from concept and budgeting to supplier coordination, logistics, execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless delivery.
• Oversee event budgets, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events through digital, PR, and advertising channels.
• Engage tenants and integrate their promotions into event planning.
• Track, analyze, and report event performance and ROI metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in event management (retail, hospitality, or entertainment sectors preferred).
• Proven track record managing large-scale consumer events.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
