They are looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to manage and support Their internal IT infrastructure. If you're currently in the UAE and available to join immediately, this opportunity is for you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities Include:

Support for desktops, laptops, printers, and office IT devices

Network troubleshooting (switches, routers, Unifi, Fortinet)

Microsoft 365 user and mailbox management

Maintain CCTV (Hikvision), biometric, and access control systems

Server monitoring, backup, and data security

Assist with basic website and hosting issues (PHP/MySQL is a plus)

Maintain IT documentation and asset tracking

🎯 Requirements:

Prior IT support/system admin experience (UAE or home country)

Good knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN)

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows systems

Familiarity with security/surveillance systems

Communication and multitasking skills

Malayalam proficiency is an added advantage
