We're looking to fill the role of Operations Executive (Manpower Supply) in Dubai, UAE!

💼 Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500

🕒 Experience: 1–2 Years (UAE manpower supply / facilities management preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify & consolidate daily/weekly/monthly timesheets for manpower pools

- Monitor attendance, reconcile shifts & maintain accurate records

- Liaise with clients & site supervisors for approvals and work hour validation

- Manage manpower allocation, bookings & last-minute adjustments

- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws & client contracts

- Prepare productivity, overtime & absenteeism reports

Requirements:

- 1–2 years’ operations experience in manpower supply, staffing, or FM

- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and biometric systems

- Strong in shift planning, overtime control & leave management

- Cancellable visa / Visit visa preferred for quick joining
