Position | Manager – Supply Chain Planning

Our Client is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Supply Chain Planning Manager to oversee demand forecasting, supply alignment, and inventory optimization. This is a high-impact role that ensures uninterrupted healthcare supply availability across the region.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Lead demand planning and supply scheduling using IBP best practices
Drive forecast accuracy, demand visibility, and product availability
Maintain optimal inventory levels while preventing expiry/obsolescence
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, clinical, sales, quality & regulatory teams
Execute planning operations using SAP ERP
Lead NPI meetings and align supply chain actions with commercial objectives
Deliver data-driven reports to support executive decision-making
📊 Key KPIs:
Adherence to IBP/Core Commercial Cycle
Effective supply execution vs plan
Inventory optimization and expiry control
On-time NPI alignment and stakeholder communication
Planning projects that support business scalability and efficiency
✅ Ideal Profile:
Minimum 7–10 years in supply chain/demand & supply planning, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical distribution
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems
Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive planning excellence
Knowledge of GCC regulatory and healthcare logistics practices is an advantage
Strong team leadership and stakeholder communication skills
