Role SAP Project Manager
Preferred : Immediate to 30days joiner
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP implementation projects from inception to successful go-live. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical SAP knowledge, proven project management methodologies, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to ensure project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and control all phases of SAP implementation projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively identify, engage, and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, business users, technical teams, and external vendors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and drive decision-making.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (functional, technical, development, etc.) to achieve project milestones and deliverables, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Implementation Excellence: Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall), and quality standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to minimize impact on project success.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular, transparent project status updates, reports, and presentations to all relevant stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementations (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).
Strong understanding of various SAP modules and integration points.
Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
