Role Overview: Iman Developers is currently hiring for the role of Admin Assistant at our Dubai Hills office. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to establish themselves in the real estate sector. General Responsibilities: As an Admin Assistant, your role will include a range of administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and supporting the HR and management teams with daily operations. You'll be a key part of ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are critical for this position. You’ll be the point of contact for internal departments and external visitors, which requires clarity in communication and professionalism in presentation.
Document Management: You'll assist in maintaining physical and digital filing systems, ensuring that all documents are organized and accessible. You may also be required to assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
