I'm hiring for a unique, high-impact role with one of my prestigious clients — a confidential Ultra-High-Net-Worth Principal based in Dubai.

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Operational Manager / Executive Support Specialist to work closely with the CEO, supporting both business operations and a private family office. This is far from a standard 9–5 role — it’s a high-pressure, fast-paced environment that requires discretion, flexibility, and exceptional organizational skills.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Strategic, hands-on, and highly adaptable

✔️ Proven experience in business setup (UAE & international)

✔️ Deep understanding of family office operations

✔️ Skilled in handling complex, confidential matters with professionalism

✔️ Open to frequent international travel

✔️ Strong background in government relations and operational processes.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

10–15 years in senior-level operational or executive support roles

Fluent in Arabic; French is a strong advantage
