We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Partnership & Loyalty to support the development and execution of strategic partnerships and loyalty programs. This role will assist in managing brand collaborations, maintaining key partner relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of loyalty initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in partnerships, loyalty programs, and business development, with a keen ability to negotiate, analyze market trends, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
🔷️Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Management:
• Support the development and execution of brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Assist in identifying, negotiating, and securing deals with strategic partners across various industries.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring continuous engagement and value creation.
🔷️Loyalty Program Development & Execution:
• Assist in managing the Creators HQ membership and loyalty program, ensuring partner offerings are valuable and aligned with customer expectations.
• Develop strategies to enhance member benefits, increase participation, and improve retention rates.
• Monitor program performance and partner contributions, using data insights to optimize offerings and engagement.
• Work closely with marketing to promote loyalty benefits and drive awareness among creators and members.
Strategic Growth & Market Insights:
• Research and acknowledge industry trends, competitor partnerships, and loyalty programs to identify new opportunities.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Operational & Administrative Support:

• Number of new partnerships secured and activated.
• Retention and engagement rate of loyalty program members.
• Growth in partnership-driven revenue and brand collaborations.
• Performance and satisfaction levels of partner-provided benefits.
• Efficiency in executing partnership and loyalty program initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or loyalty program management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in digital media, influencer marketing, or related industries is a plus.
