We are currently seeking a highly experienced Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) to join our team for a prestigious infrastructure project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and field experience in roads, utilities, and landscape works.

Key Qualifications:

🟤 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

🟤 Minimum 15 years of total experience in roads, infrastructure construction, and landscape projects

🟤 At least 8 years of experience in the UAE in the role of Assistant Resident Engineer

🟤 Proven experience in infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, utilities, and public realm enhancements

🟤 Strong familiarity with UAE construction standards, authorities’ requirements, and quality/safety regulations

🟤 Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills

🟤 Ability to monitor contractors' work progress, compliance, and reporting effectively

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the Resident Engineer in managing day-to-day site supervision, quality assurance, technical reviews, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure and landscape components, in alignment with project specifications and timelines.
