💡We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong sales background and a proven ability to drive business growth. Having a personal car and a valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role, as frequent travel within the city will be required for client meetings and business development activities.

✅ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

🔹 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

🔹 Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends, sectors, and opportunities.

🔹 Actively visit client sites and conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

🔹 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to align business development efforts.

🔹 Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

🔹 Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

🔹 Represent the company professionally at networking events, industry forums, and exhibitions.

📌 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

🔹 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

🔹 Own car and a valid UAE driving license are mandatory.

🔹 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

🔹 Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

🔹 Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.

🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

🔹 Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
