- B.Sc. Eng. or equivalent, or Diploma in Mechanical/ Instrument/ Electrical/

Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

- Middle East/Gulf experience preferred.

Minimum Work Experience:

- 8-10 years in refinery or petrochemical Oil and Gas plants.

- Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company policies and

procedures for procurement and asset disposal.

· Capable of working independently, with a minimum of supervision.

· Knowledge of current market trends and developments (to support

operations)

Job Requirements include:

- Building and maintaining professional relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

- Conducting technical and procedural discussions with vendors as needed.

- Creating bidders lists, Instruction to Tenderer, Tender Package, and RFQ.

- Evaluating vendors both technically and commercially.

- Negotiating bids, issuing purchase orders and supply agreements.

- Managing the contracting system and preparing Tender Committee

submissions.
