💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 Up to 2500 AED to 4000 AED

DUTY: 6 DAYS A WEEK / 9 hours Duty

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISIOR(FOREMAN)

CIVIL DIPLOMA OR DEGREE HOLDER.

MINIMUM 3 YEARS GCC EXPERIENCE OR 5 YEARS INDIAN EXP.

GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS

𝘓𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISIOR (FOREMAN)

Planning and executing construction tasks, managing budgets, and adhering to project timelines. .

Overseeing workers, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support.

Ensuring the safety of all personnel on the construction site, enforcing safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns.

Inspecting work to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to blueprints and specifications.

Communicating with engineers, architects, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Managing labor, equipment, and materials required for the project.

Maintaining accurate records and reports of construction activities, including progress, budgets, and safety issues.

Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Providing training to workers on safety procedures, equipment operation, and job-specific skills.

Proven experience as construction foreman. In depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.

Civil Diploma or Degree holder.
