Join us as a Cyber Security Engineer! We’re looking for a proactive leader to develop and implement robust cyber security strategies for our IT and OT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Cyber Security Strategy Development:

• Lead the organization in cyber security duties, including technical assistance, documentation, and governance.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for cyber security adhering to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-82, and ISA 62443.

Incident Response Management:

• Implement robust incident response frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE) for IT and OT environments, conducting forensic and root cause analyses, and preparing detailed reports.

Training and Awareness:

• Design and deliver cyber security awareness sessions and training programs for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct phishing email simulations to evaluate staff preparedness against phishing threats.

Risk and Vulnerability Assessment:

• Perform comprehensive risk and vulnerability assessments for IT and OT technologies, identifying and addressing security weaknesses.
• Implement physical isolation of IT and OT infrastructures using the Purdue model.

Infrastructure Administration:

• Administer and modernize infrastructure supporting critical applications (SAP, MESAL, SCADA, etc.) using industry best practices.

Cybersecurity Controls Implementation:

• Design and implement security controls for IT and OT systems, including endpoint security, patch management, NMS, SIEM, NDR, encryption, and more.

Client Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to analyze requirements and propose tailored security architectures, providing guidance on best practices in OT/IT Cybersecurity.

Research and Development:

• Stay updated on emerging IT & OT security trends and technologies, integrating this knowledge into security strategies.

Audit Support:

• Provide support for security audits and prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and remediation strategies.

Technical Proposal Support:

• Assist in the development of technical proposals, scopes of work, and technical evaluations, as well as technical presentations.

Project and Vendor Management:

• Manage various IT projects, providing assistance in planning CAPEX and OPEX for IT & OT technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in cyber security management, particularly in IT and OT environments.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ISA 62443).
• Experience in incident response frameworks (NIST, MITRE) and forensic analysis.
• Familiarity with risk and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with security controls, including SIEM, NDR, endpoint security, and DLP technologies.
• Ability to conduct effective security training and awareness programs.
• Experience in project management and vendor management in an IT context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
