Project Overview:
Client is undergoing a full email rebranding and standardization initiative, transforming the design of all customer-facing communications in line with its new brand identity. This includes marketing, loyalty, and operational emails across multiple systems and platforms.
We're seeking a highly skilled Email Designer with a proven track record in mobile-first, responsive, and on-brand email design, ideally within the aviation, travel, or hospitality sectors.
Objectives:
Redesign and standardize all customer-facing email templates.
Ensure consistency with the website and other digital assets.
Optimize all email designs for clarity, responsiveness, and high engagement.
Designs must be compatible with complex platform constraints (Amadeus, 15Below, Plusgrade).
Key Responsibilities:
Design responsive, visually compelling email templates aligned with the client brand.
Implement mobile-first and accessibility-first design principles.
Create Arabic-language designs with accurate RTL formatting and typography.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, Loyalty, Brand, Marketing).
Prepare well-structured Figma/Adobe files with developer notes for handoff.
Support testing and ensure rendering integrity across major email clients.
Stay updated on email UX best practices and HTML constraints for aviation systems.
Execution Needs:
Immediate priority: Designer experienced with email HTML limitations and aviation platforms like Amadeus, 15Below, Plusgrade.
Candidates must showcase a strong portfolio with relevant email design work (Arabic & English).
Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a mock-up or design test.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience in email design.
Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email layout structure.
Experience with Arabic design and RTL formatting is mandatory.
Familiarity with dynamic content, personalization, and A/B testing.
Understanding of email rendering quirks, spam rules, and GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
