Are you a seasoned leader with a strong background in steel fabrication or security fencing?

Do you thrive in managing complex operations while driving revenue and team growth?

We are seeking a dynamic professional with 25–30 years of experience and proven excellence in P&L management, sales leadership, and factory operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall business operations with full P&L accountability

Oversee factory production, maintenance, and product development

Coordinate across departments – HR, Procurement, and Accounts

Ensure timely, quality-controlled production and delivery

Implement strategic growth initiatives

Manage budgets and optimize cost efficiency

Develop, mentor, and train internal teams

Ensure compliance with administrative, legal, and safety standards

🎓 Preferred Profile: BE in Mechanical Engineering + MBA

Strong background in Steel Fabrication or Security Fencing

Qatar/GCC experience is a must

Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
