Job Location: Qatar

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fulfilment Officer to join our growing team in Qatar. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for logistics and coordination — we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Create purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.

Liaise with logistics partners to ensure orders are shipped on schedule.

Maintain accurate records of orders, inventories, and shipments.

Communicate effectively with customers on order status and delivery updates.

Enter customer invoices and vendor bills into ERP software.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience in logistics/supply chain is a plus.

Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
