Job Description

Role Overview: The HR Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the HR department. You will support a range of HR functions, helping the company attract, retain, and manage talent while ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws. This is a dynamic role requiring both administrative expertise and people skills.

Recruitment & Onboarding: The selected candidate will help streamline the recruitment and onboarding process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and preparing employment contracts. You will coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the hiring process.

Employee Records & Documentation: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records is essential. You will be responsible for organizing digital and paper records, tracking employee documents like visas and work permits, and supporting the HR team with regular audits and compliance checks.

Policy Compliance: As the first point of contact for many HR inquiries, you will help enforce company policies and labor laws. Your familiarity with UAE HR practices and regulations will ensure that all processes are legally sound and in line with industry standards.

Administrative Support: The HR Assistant will manage various administrative duties including drafting letters, arranging meetings, and coordinating internal communications. You must be detail-oriented and efficient, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Language & Communication: Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential for this role. The ability to interact confidently with a diverse workforce, management, and external vendors will ensure that all HR-related matters are clearly and professionally addressed.
