About the Role:

We are hiring a highly experienced HR Business Partner to support a leading Property Developer in Dubai. This role requires strong command of UAE labor laws, ability to manage high-pressure environments, and experience working closely with Chairman’s and corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies

Lead employee relations, performance management, and talent development

Support senior stakeholders including direct interaction with Chairman’s office

Drive HR initiatives across real estate, facility management, and development teams

Requirements:

10–12 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE

Strong understanding of UAE labor law

Proven track record in property development, real estate, or facility management
