🔍 Role: HR Generalist

📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

🕰️ Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations across various functions

Support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation

Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee data using Excel

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies

Handle employee relations and support conflict resolution

Participate in performance management and training initiatives

Assist in internal communications and HR campaigns

Maintain updated HR policies, procedures, and documentation

Coordinate payroll, benefits, and compensation-related activities

Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in various HR functions

Strong Excel skills (formulas, reporting, HR dashboards)

A relevant university degree in Human Resources or similar

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
