Now Hiring: HSE Supervisor – Construction (Saudi Arabia) 🏗️

RAFA Gulf Contracting Company seeking a qualified HSE Supervisor to join our team on a major construction project in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring safety compliance and promoting a strong safety culture on-site.

👷‍♂️ Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits

-Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and project HSE standards

-Deliver toolbox talks and HSE training sessions

-Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions

-Maintain documentation and prepare safety reports

🎓Qualifications:

-Diploma or Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety or related field

-NEBOSH IGC certified (mandatory)

-3–7 years of HSE experience in the construction industry

-Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations

-OSHA 30, ISO 45001, and First Aid certifications are a plus
