At Al Baladi Holding, our people are our greatest strength. We foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation. We are seeking a skilled HR Officer who will also serve as a strategic HR partner, ensuring our people initiatives align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company strategy

• Develop & update HR policies in line with best practices

• Oversee payroll & employee benefits administration

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies

• Coordinate training, development & succession planning

• Handle employee relations, grievances & disciplinary processes professionally

• Support workforce planning, budgeting & organizational restructuring

• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and internal policies

• Maintain accurate HR records & conduct HR audits

• Drive employee engagement initiatives

• Prepare HR reports & analytics for management

• Act as first point of contact for HR queries

• Participate in change management projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 3–5 years’ HR experience, including HRBP functions

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of HR systems & labour regulations

• Ability to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships
