What You'll Do:

- Oversee daily HR operations across the company.

- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Implement HR policies and ensure alignment with UAE Labor Law.

- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documents.

- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal training.

- Manage leave tracking, attendance, and employee benefits.

- Support conflict resolution and address staff queries with care and professionalism.

- Ensure smooth offboarding processes and employee transitions.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE

• Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
