An organization in Dubai is looking to hire a skilled and proactive IT Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

📅 Experience: 2+ Years

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in IT or related field

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 IT support

• Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues

• Manage Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint)

• Maintain desktops, laptops, printers & IT assets

• Support LAN/WAN, DHCP/DNS, and basic networking

• Monitor IT infrastructure and document incidents

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT/CS or equivalent

• 2+ years of IT support experience (UAE preferred)

• Certifications: CCNA / MCSE (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Familiar with Windows OS & basic networking

• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
