Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure, firewalls, and cybersecurity protocols

• Troubleshoot and support hardware, software, and system issues

• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and technical support across departments

• Assist with network configuration, system backups, and data protection

• Provide support for IT infrastructure upgrades and system implementation
