Hiring IT Sales Executive- UAE
We are collaborating with a top-tier system integrator in the UAE to expand their Enterprise Sales team. We're seeking a results-driven professional with a strong hunting mindset and a proven track record in selling IT solutions such as Cloud applications, Oracle, Azure, and Data Center services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and consistently surpassing sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)
Salary Range: AED 20,000 – 32,000/month (wide range as there are multiple position, salary will be based on experience)
Experience: 10+ years in IT Sales (UAE market)

Key Responsibilities
·Manage the complete sales cycle, including new business development, account management, and relationship building
·Create and implement strategic territory and account plans to grow the sales pipeline and increase market share.
·Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, partners, and key third-party stakeholders.
·Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
·Deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex IT solutions with clarity and confidence.
Mandatory Requirements
·Over 10 years of experience in IT sales, including more than 7 years within the UAE market.
·Proven track record in selling IT services such as Cloud, Security, Data Center, Oracle, and Azure solutions.
·Familiarity with multi-cloud environments, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
·Previous experience with local System Integrators (SIs) or multinational corporations (MNCs) is a plus.
·Exceptional skills in negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
