We are hiring an Inventory Controller for our esteemed client, a leading luxury hospitality group based in Dubai.

💼 Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Monitor and manage stock levels of food, beverage, linen, and other supplies

2)Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

3)Coordinate with procurement and F&B teams for timely stock replenishment

4)Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software

Requirements:

1) Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or Storekeeper

2)Familiar with inventory software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)

3)Strong analytical and organizational skills

4)Hotel industry experience is a strong advantage
