Key Responsibilities:

▫️ Plan, organize, and manage all MEP activities for assigned projects from inception to completion.

▫️ Lead and coordinate the design and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with local regulations and international standards.

▫️ Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

▫️ Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution.

▫️ Supervise MEP site teams and ensure quality control, adherence to timelines, and safety compliance.

▫️ Monitor project budgets and control costs related to MEP works.

▫️ Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve issues proactively.

▫️ Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for MEP systems.

▫️ Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

▫️ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's degree is a plus.

▫️ Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or leadership role in the UAE or GCC.

▫️ Proven experience managing MEP works in high-rise buildings, villas, commercial complexes, or infrastructure projects.

▫️ In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards (e.g., DEWA, DM, Civil Defence).

▫️ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

▫️ Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.

PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
