We are a leading Employer of Record (EOR), staffing, and recruitment partner in the UAE, committed to providing innovative workforce solutions to businesses across the region. We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand visibility and establish us as the go-to partner for EOR, staffing, and recruitment services in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute compelling content strategies that resonate with our target audience, showcasing our expertise in EOR, staffing, and recruitment services.
• Digital Advertising Campaigns: Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns and digital ads to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• SEO & Google Ads Management: Implement and oversee SEO strategies and Google Ads campaigns to ensure consistent first-page rankings on Google and increased online visibility.
• Brand Positioning: Utilize strategic marketing techniques, including reverse psychology, to position our company as a solution provider rather than just another service vendor.
• Graphic Design & Artwork: Create visually appealing artwork and graphics for digital campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Newsletter & Campaign Management: Design and distribute engaging newsletters and campaigns to keep our audience informed and engaged.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve execution.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful presentations and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically.
• Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
