Media Sales Specialist (Commission-Based) | UAE | Dubai Based
We’re content specialists — but not the usual kind.
We focus on growth with real results through powerful AI campaigns, content shoots, influencer campaigns, and social media strategies across TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and beyond. From event shoots to full-scale brand transformations we do whatever it takes to help brands grow organically and impactfully.
We want someone who’s hungry to make money, build real relationships, and shift how brands think about marketing.
If you stay updated on Meta’s algorithms, love learning new things as media evolves, know how to close and want to step into the world of social media and kickstart your career in a media agency , this is for you.
Who We're Looking For:A self-motivated closer who:
- Wants to earn high commissions through results that speak
- Is confident, sharp, and unafraid of rejection
- Understands Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook inside-out
- Thinks like a strategist studies the brand and pitches with purpose
- Builds genuine, trust-based relationships (no lies, no fluff)
- Is excited to work with influencer campaigns and creators
- This Role Is For You If You:Are a Gen Z hustler currently studying in the UAE or Graduates.
- Have your own visa (preferred).
- Don’t want a 9–5 — you want freedom, results, and real money
- Are willing to grind hard, close deals, and learn fast
- Want to earn while you learn in the real media world
- Has a UAE driving license (preferred, not mandatory)
