🔹 Required Qualifications:

– 3+ years of experience in monitoring network and security operations

– Strong skills in troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, MPLS/WAN links

– Proficiency with monitoring tools like SolarWinds and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow

– CISCO CCNA/Security certification or equivalent; SolarWinds certs are a plus

– Strong problem-solving and clear technical documentation abilities

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
