Responsible for packing plant operation, ensuring to meet productivity goals, quality standards and maintaining records for type wise cement packing, cement stock and inventory. Managing and training of staff. Compliance to safety at Work.

Ø Ensure smooth packing plant operation with focus on equipment reliability.

Ø Lead the packing team and must have sound knowledge of operation and troubleshooting/ RCA.

Ø Ensure all quality norms are being met.

Ø Should have experience and sound knowledge of Packing plant operation.

Ø Should have knowledge to handle the materials in bulk quantity, like as clinker, cement jumbo bags and bulk loading of material with track record.

Ø Ability to prepare daily and monthly packing reports.

Ø To ensure all maintenance activities are carried out under specified HSE norms.

Ø To track Inventory, keep stock record for empty and filled bags, and all items required to carry out smooth packing operation.

Ø Must have good excel skills to maintain records.

Ø To ensure all operational SOP s are implemented.

Ø To involve in process optimization.

Ø Ensure the shutdown activities happens on schedule.
