Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled RSA Archer Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the RSA Archer GRC platform. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to configure use cases, customize applications, and integrate Archer with internal systems to support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs.
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and configure RSA Archer applications and solutions to support business requirements.
- Design data-driven dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Customize Archer’s core use cases (e.g., Risk Management, Compliance Management, Third-Party Risk, Audit Management).
- Create and maintain system documentation, including data flows, workflows, and application architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Archer configurations.
- Perform data imports/exports and manage data feeds using Data Import/Export functionality or APIs.
- Maintain Archer platform updates and perform impact assessments.
- Develop custom objects using Archer's Advanced Workflow, calculated fields, and data-driven events.
- Troubleshoot issues and support users on Archer-related queries.
- Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer platform (preferably versions 6.x or higher).
- Strong understanding of RSA Archer use cases and core modules.
- Experience with Archer’s Data Feeds, Access Control, Advanced Workflow, and Notifications.
- Familiarity with GRC concepts (Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, etc.).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Archer Web Services, and integration tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:RSA Archer Administrator or RSA Archer Associate certification.
- Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow, Active Directory, or other systems.
- Background in cybersecurity, internal audit, or compliance is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
