We are hiring for one of our prestigious client - Oil & Gas LNG Operating Company in Qatar

SR HSE ENGINEER

·Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline from an internationally recognized University. Certifications / diploma in OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH with 15 years’ experience in HSE Management functions and exposure on construction safety for major Infrastructure and / or oil & gas projects of which at least last 5 years in similar HSE Senior position. Wide exposure on development and implementation of HSE Targets and Objectives, Key Performance Indicators, Statistics and Performance Monitoring.

·Familiar with ISO and OSHA standards and established international codes and standards.

·Experienced in providing safety management and supervision to Project HSE personnel.

·Experienced in development of project HSE related plans, philosophies and specifications. Relevant skills in HSE Studies, Environmental assessments and Project HSE Risk Registers.

·Experienced as auditor in key and critical HSE compliance audits, inspections and reviews within Department and Contractors.

·Experienced investigation, review and analysis of work-related accident/ incident including root cause and lessons learned and ensuring implementation and close-out of preventive and corrective actions.

·Experienced in providing safety training and awareness courses for company staff and Contractors.

Contract duration : 5 Yrs.

Normal Working Days : 5 days per week

Work Location: Qatar office based

Day rate Range: 536 – 750 USD (Tax fee in Qatar)

Leave Cycle : 5 ½ months on/ (14) calendar days off - Economy class air tickets will be provided

Benefits: Addition to the day rate monthly living allowances of 2640 USD will be provided.
