We’re Hiring: Scrum Master (M1 Level)

Location: UAE (Candidates currently in UAE preferred)

Experience: 7+ Years | Joiners: Immediate Only

Are you a seasoned Scrum Master who thrives in a dynamic Agile environment? We’re looking for a proactive and experienced professional to lead multiple scrum teams, drive delivery excellence, and foster cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage scrum artifacts: capacity plans, sprint backlogs, velocity & burndown charts

Facilitate scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retros

Remove impediments and escalate issues effectively

Coordinate with cross-functional teams: DevOps, Architects, Scrum Masters

Track delivery metrics and maintain transparency across all stakeholders

Guide teams in Agile/SAFe best practices and ensure proper use of tools/templates

Who We’re Looking For:

9+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably M1 level or equivalent)

Currently based in UAE

Immediate joiner

Strong in team coordination, Agile coaching, and stakeholder management
