Senior Architectural Engineer

Azizi Developments is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Engineer with a Strong background in Main Contractor/Construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings to align with design intent and project specifications.

- Ensure technical coordination with Structural, MEP, and ID teams to facilitate clash-free execution.

- Study IFC drawings, identify discrepancies, and raise RFIs as needed.

- Assist in preparing material submittals and technical documentation for approvals.

- Provide technical support to site teams and address architectural execution challenges.

- Review subcontractor/shop drawings to ensure alignment with the project design.

- Generate accurate and detailed as-built drawings based on site conditions and modifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 15+ years of experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a Technical Office role within major contracting companies.

- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and technical detailing.

- Expertise in shop drawing preparation, as-built documentation, and technical submissions.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM is a plus), and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong understanding of architectural specifications, codes, and project documentation.

- Demonstrated experience in coordinating with Structural, MEP, and Interior Design disciplines.
