Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Join one of Dubai’s leading developers and help shape landmark projects!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts

Interpret and apply FIDIC Red Book (Construction) conditions

Mitigate risks and ensure compliance throughout contract life cycle

Collaborate with project, legal, procurement, and finance teams

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related

8–12 years of contracts/procurement experience (5+ years in UAE)

Proven FIDIC experience and UAE construction law knowledge

High-rise residential or mixed-use project experience

Excellent negotiation & English communication skills
