Role Purpose:

responsible for developing and executing effective supply and demand plans to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels and supply chain efficiency

Key Activities:

• Develop and maintain inventory supply and demand plans.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier capabilities.
• To develop and conduct analysis on inventory expiry
• Support in the overseas orders and SFDA tracking and documentation
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of raw materials.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Monitor and adjust material plans to reflect changes in demand.
• Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and production teams.
• Monitor KPIs
• Use ERP/MRP systems for data management and reporting.

Required Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• General knowledge in Supply Chain and Purchasing
• General computer skills Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
