Salary: Up to AED 95,000 per month

Preferred Qualification: European nationality (Diversity Priority)

Looking for a strategic HR leader who can drive performance, culture, and organizational development at the highest level.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record in senior HR roles within large organizations

Strong experience in organizational development and performance management

Real estate or property development industry experience preferred

Able to work closely with the C-suite on transformation and talent strategy
