We're Hiring | HR Analyst 🚨

Are you an HR professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving strategic projects? A leading organization in the FMCG sector is looking for an HR Analyst to join their team on a contract basis (with potential for permanent placement).

Location: Dubai

Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year (extendable, with possibility of becoming permanent)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP – Immediate joiners preferred

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Support the Group HR Head on high-impact strategic HR projects (not operational tasks)

Analyze HR data and generate actionable insights using Excel

Create HR process maps and flowcharts using Visio

Assist in policy documentation and governance processes (including DOA frameworks)

Build engaging presentations for internal stakeholders



✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

2–5+ years of relevant experience in HR analytics or project-based HR roles

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Visio experience preferred

Background in FMCG or similar fast-paced industries

Arabic fluency is a strong advantage, but not mandatory

Candidates with relevant home country experience will be considered
