2. Senior Planning Engineer

·      Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.

·      5+ years of experience, preferably in the fit-out industry

3. Estimator

·      Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.

4. Interior Designer

·      Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.

·      4–8 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the fit-out industry.

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.

·      Strong understanding of design trends, materials, and FF&E specifications.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
